The greeter will hold a guest name on placard welcoming them at the arrival gate. The guest must identify himself and approach the greeter to start the service. The greeter will fast track the guest's immigration process and will offer porter assistance from baggage belt. After all the formalities are completed, guests will be escorted to the lounge on arrival and then escorted to the car park and airport exit.
