The guest must reach near immigration and proceed to the welcome desk just before immigration, where guest must provide his or her name to the agent or representative at the desk. The guest will be escorted to the arrivals area after quickly passing through immigration.

Once the guest disembarks from the plane, our greeter will be waiting with a placard bearing the guest's name at the arrival gate. To begin his meet and greet service, the guest must identify himself and approach the greeter. The greeter will fast track the guest's immigration process and will offer porter assistance from the baggage belt. After all the formalities are completed, then escorted to the car park and airport exit.
