Once the guest disembarks from the plane, our greeter will be waiting with a placard bearing the guest's name at the arrival gate. The guest must identify himself and approach the greeter. The greeter will fast track the guest's immigration process and other formalities. After all the formalities are completed, guests will be escorted to the car park and airport exit.
