Once the guest disembarks from the plane, our greeter will be waiting with a placard bearing the guest's name at the arrival gate. The guest must identify himself and approach the greeter. The greeter will fast track the guest's immigration process. After all the formalities are completed, then escorted to the car park and airport exit. Please note that we only charge a handling fee (which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation), and the rest money (Service Fee) will be made by the guest at the airport on the day of service.
