Once the guest disembarks from the plane, our greeter will be waiting with a placard bearing the guest's name at the arrival gate. The greeter will fast track guest through immigration and other formalities. After all the formalities are completed, guests will be escorted to the waiting transport. Please note that passengers travelling in Economy class do not have access to the fast track line. They need to go through the normal immigration line.
